💙 Charles Spencer READERS,
Our reading question to think about in September is ...

Ms. Tuck’s class enjoyed some outside time today.

Tomorrow all CSE staff and students will participate in a soft lockdown drill. This is just a drill for our staff and students to practice and be prepared. The safety and security of staff and students is of the utmost importance.

All Tift County Schools and offices will be closed Monday, September 5th for Labor Day. Tuesday, September 6th is a teacher work day and student holiday. #4theT

Open House TONIGHT from 5:30-6:30.

Mrs. Johnson's class learning line and space notes in music centers today!

Ms. Hancock’s class had to figure out how to help Harry see around the classroom. He was too short! These student engineers had to figure out a way to solve his problem and create a perch for him to stand on, using only the materials they were given.

Tifton's Walmart Neighborhood Market donated school supplies to Charles Spencer Elementary.
We appreciate their support and generosity.
Thank you Walmart!

Our 5th grade GATE students created a game for Module 1 Review. Students are playing the games their classmates created.

This is the last week for ordering t-shirts for T-Shirt Tuesday's!! Our PTO is selling spirit day t-shirts that can be worn every Tuesday with your uniform bottoms. The order form was sent home and is also attached here. Please help support our school PTO and students.

It’s Picture Day at CSE!

Last Friday, Tift County High School Football players helped our staff members and students with afternoon dismissal.
Our CSE students LOVED this amazing act of service these young men provided for them!

Ms. Hancock’s class enjoyed having the Tift County Football players help out with a science experiment involving skittles and 3 different liquids (oil, water, and soda). They had to make a prediction and record their findings!
